I earned my bachelor of arts degree in American Studies from Lancaster University. I joined Heller Consulting after six years working in school advancement and alumni relations — taking on roles of increasing responsibility, and ultimately managing Raiser's Edge databases and the implementation of Raiser's Edge and NetCommunity for multiple organizations.

Working with Heller Consulting combines my love of technology and of helping people. I’m thankful that I’ve worked in roles like those of my clients because it helps me understand the challenges they may be dealing with on a daily basis. I’d never presume to know what a client is going through, but I do try and put myself in their shoes.

I joined Heller Consulting in 2010 after working for three years as an assistant designer to a Los Angeles fashion designer where I served as the primary facilitator to the garment design department. I enjoy being a part of Team Heller and helping to advance their goals to provide superior service and support to nonprofit organizations.

I hold a degree from CSU Sacramento in art with an emphasis in painting, and a professional degree in fashion design from FIDM. I live in the Monterey Bay area where I enjoy spending time with my husband and dog, doing outdoor activities, and working on artistic endeavors.

I have spent over ten years in business development at Lionbridge, a leading language translation service provider, focused in finding the right mix of technology and human services to meet the diverse needs of my international clients. Working with clients across a range of industries, I learned the importance of identifying the right technology solutions to meet the specific needs of each operation – from content management and translation technology to workflow solutions and business process intelligence tools. Seeking to combine these skills with my passion for giving back, I took on a pro bono project in the winter of 2011 to implement Salesforce for program management at ACE New York. ACE is an employment training and service program that helps people exit homelessness. This experience demonstrated that the same skills I developed working with sales teams at Lionbridge translate to nonprofit program management. I am excited to join the team at Heller to apply these skills and help nonprofits deliver on their missions.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Spanish Area Studies from Kenyon College and a Masters in Business Administration from NYU Stern focused on Leadership & Change Management and Marketing.

I joined Heller Consulting after four years of experience in information technology and services. I’ve worked with both for-profits and nonprofits on successful implementations of Salesforce.com.

After migrating to the U.S., I volunteered at a nonprofit organization, implementing Salesforce.com to manage their donations and volunteers. It was the most rewarding experience of my career. Working on the Heller Consulting team now provides me with opportunities to continue to make a difference in our community by using my technical expertise. My work includes developing information flow management between multiple systems; supporting the deployment and configuration of Common Ground, Salesforce, and other systems; and creating and documenting processes for our clients.  

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and a master of business administration degree in HR-IT. I’m also a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator and a Certified Developer.

PMP/Project Manager/Senior Consultant

I have been working in Development for almost nine years, devoting the majority of my career to healthcare fundraising and non-profit consulting.  I bring extensive experience in healthcare development, along with broad exposure to a diverse group of nonprofits, to the Heller team. Prior to working at Heller Consulting, I worked at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center where I was a front-end fundraiser and heavily involved in prospecting, Raiser’s Edge moves management and overall development operations.  I also have worked as a Raiser’s Edge database manager for a University, responsible for all database functions and Advancement fundraising initiatives.

As a consultant, I have worked on highly complex multi-site hospital projects and also with small grass roots nonprofits to streamline their Raiser’s Edge databases and operations.  I enjoy the variety in consulting, the feeling of helping people meet their goals, and the ability to make an impact at many nonprofits through this work. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of New Hampshire.

I joined Heller Consulting with extensive experience in strategy and operations improvement through CRM customization and administration. Prior to working in operations, I supported all aspects of fundraising and events planning for Music of the Baroque in Chicago. I currently maintain a relationship with the Arts & Business Council of Chicago providing my services pro bono to smaller organizations through Business Volunteers for the Arts.

I love taking large, complex problems and breaking them down into manageable concepts that are far less imposing than originally thought to be. Considering the issues from all angles and developing technological solutions that make sense to both the client and its constituents is another one of my passions. I am thrilled to be a member of the Heller team and to serve nonprofits across the country.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Art History from the University of Florida and I am certified in Convio Luminate CRM and Luminate Online.

At Heller, I get to provide the supporting role to an outstanding cast of experienced, knowledgeable and passionate colleagues working hard every day to help nonprofit companies achieve success with their mission.

I’ve worked in nonprofit fundraising for over 14 years in positions ranging from Data Entry Specialist for Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley and Annual Fund and Systems Manager for Second Harvest Food Bank, to Raiser’s Edge Consultant with Heller Consulting. During that time, I’ve served nonprofit clients of all sizes, and with a wide variety of missions.

I’ve been responsible for conversions and new implementations of fundraising systems, building and implementing custom data solutions and integrations, streamlining business processes, annual fund fundraising, and helping nonprofits get the most benefit from their investments in staff and technology.

There’s nothing better for me than knowing I’ve used my skills to help a nonprofit better accomplish its mission.

My career in the nonprofit, fundraising sector began in 1997. Since that time I have held a variety of positions, most recently as Director of Development for Society for Science & the Public (SSP), based in Washington, DC.

I have had the opportunity to manage technology projects from both the client and vendor-side of an engagement. At SSP, I lead an enterprise-level migration to the Raiser's Edge and Blackbaud NetCommunity. Prior to that, I was a member of Blackbaud's Professional Services Division, assisting nonprofits of all sizes accomplish their fundraising and technology goals.

I am PMP-certified by the Project Management Institute and hold a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Before joining Heller Consulting in November 2011, I spent three years working at Tides, a nonprofit in San Francisco, as a project manager and Director of Information Technology.  While there, I had the opportunity to work with many enterprise system implementations such as Blackbaud financial management products, MicroEdge grantmaking systems, Salesforce, and administrative applications such as ADP's HR management solutions.  Prior to that, I honed my project management skills working for Internet start-up companies like EarthLink and Visage Mobile managing product development and infrastructure operations projects.

For me, being a part of the Bay Area's nonprofit sector has meant being exposed to a rich and diverse community of  organizations.  It has been a pleasure finding ways to implement technology solutions that further extend their mission and values.

I am PMP-certified by the Project Management Institute.  I have a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina, and I am currently completing an MBA program in Design Strategy at the California College of the Arts.

I came to Heller Consulting with more than seven years of nonprofit and fundraising operations experience.  Before joining the firm, I worked at organizations including the Houston Museum of Natural Science, The Children’s Museum of Houston and the Zonta International Foundation; taking on roles of increasing responsibility and ultimately managing the Raiser’s Edge and Convio Online Marketing’s Constituent 360° database. 

I enjoy sharing knowledge; implementing new procedures and helping clients find ways to streamline their operations.

I hold a bachelor degree in Interpersonal Communications from the University of Houston, and I am a certified Salesforce.com administrator.

I’ve been with Heller Consulting for more than 10 years. I manage Heller Consulting’s nationwide consulting team, ensuring that each client receives the highest level of service and that the full resources of the firm are effectively leveraged in every project. I’m responsible for project management, leading business development, and expanding consulting services.

Before joining Heller Consulting, I managed the donor databases at both the Stern Grove Festival and Jewish Community Center of San Francisco as a member of their Development Department. I earned a bachelor of arts degree from UC Santa Barbara and a master’s degree from San Francisco State University.

At Heller Consulting, I’ve worked with clients including: Hispanic Scholarship Fund, Jewish Community Federation, The National Brain Tumor Foundation, Oakland Children's Hospital, Breast Cancer Fund, World Affairs Council and Valley Presbyterian Hospital Foundation.

I have more than 10 years of experience in the development field. I first began working as a tele-fundraiser while still a student at the University of Minnesota. I worked my way up, moving from data entry to managing Raiser's Edge databases, and eventually acting as development operations manager for Allina Health Systems in Minneapolis.

Working in this facility, I implemented unified business practices and coding systems across Allina’s twelve development departments and 10 Raiser's Edge databases. Since joining the Heller Consulting team in 2008, I’ve worked with clients including  Mayo Health System, Ronald McDonald House Charities, McCormick Foundation, Midwest Eye-Banks, Lions Club International Foundation, Center for Hospice and Palliative Care, Inc., and many others.
