Convio Luminate is a cloud-based constituent engagement solution for larger nonprofits. It combines a powerful CRM product (Luminate CRM™) — built on Salesforce.com's Force.com platform — with an online fundraising suite (Luminate Online™). It also includes analytics capabilities to meet the more complex needs of large nonprofits. It’s open and extensible, and allows you to analyze the relationships you have with donors, volunteers, advocates and other constituents so you can design integrated, multi-channel campaigns.

We’re fans of Luminate, but we know that the same solution is not right for everyone. So, we help you decide if Luminate is the right solution for you, and if it is, help you implement Luminate CRM, and help you understand how to use Luminate CRM and Luminate Online effectively for your organization.
