CRM isn’t a new concept. In the commercial sector, it stands for Customer Relationship Management. And, if you’ve spent time in the commercial sector, you’ve likely been pitched CRM for years.

In the nonprofit sector, however, it’s a little different. First, it stands for Constituent Relationship Management. And second, it’s a little newer. You’ve likely heard of it. You’re probably interested in it. And, your organization might even have a plan to implement it. But, the definition, approach, and success with CRM among nonprofits vary widely.

We’ve had a lot of experience with both CRM strategy and the implementation of CRM software systems for nonprofits. And now, we’re expanding our efforts to share even more knowledge and insights to help you reach the ultimate goal of CRM — to increase the reach and impact of your mission.

The nonprofit technology market is changing. It always has and always will. New offerings pop up every year. Some go away. Software vendors merge or acquire other companies.

What stays the same? Your need to select technology and improve your related business processes so your organization can operate more effectively and efficiently. That’s why we help you select the software that’s right for your organization, implement new software as needed, improve the use of the software you already have, and grow your technology to meet your needs as your organization evolves.
